Different Diets for Different Body Types
Even though there has been research showing that some diets have medical benefits to them. There is no one size fits all approach. The body is too complex for any one approach to work. Some diets with medical benefits are.
The Keto diet has been shown to possible help reduce the risk of cancer, it has helped to clear up acne, it may possibly help with seizures, and help brain function.
The Paleo diet has been shown to help those with multiple sclerosis, help with diabetes, and help with heart health.
