This is our first official kick off for Medicine by Women (and men) for Women.
Water is the essence of life. Unfortunately, there are times we are too busy to remember to drink enough of it. Then dehydration sets in. Some signs of dehydration can be chapped lips, back pain, craving food, dry mouth, headache, nose bleeds, weight gain, dry skin, etc.
For this month I am taking the 30 day challenge of trying to drink a gallon of water a day to see what the outcome will be. Stay tuned for updates!
